Our objective is to acquire cybersecurity services firms in different areas of the United States.
Acquiring and consolidating various privately-owned revenue generating companies, using seller finance and commercial debt; eliminate redundant operations, making the whole as profitable as it can be.

Our 5-year goal is to consolidate $10 billion in revenue, starting with smaller firms of $1 million. and then acquire bigger ones down the road. By doing this we are looking to dominate the industry and become a main force in determining the future of the space.

We see the cybersecurity sector as quite an attractive and interesting sector for consolidation. We do things in the right ways in order to go IPO or sell out in a couple of years.

Our team is quite strong working together to put together acquisitions. We have a lot of synergy were everybody contributes from a different perspective.

Ordaz Consulting works with KPMG as our firm of Accountants; with DLA Piper as our Lawyers firm and with Commercial Capital LLC as their primary Loan Provider.
